1. Data Collection and Usage / データの収集と利用
- [EN] Iron prioritizes your privacy. We do not operate developer servers, and we never collect, store, or sell your personal healthcare data.
- All primary processing occurs locally on your device, and no fitness data is transmitted externally without your explicit consent or action.

- 開発者用の外部サーバーは保有しておらず、ユーザーの個人的なヘルスケアデータを収集、保存、販売することは一切ありません。
- すべての主要な処理はデバイスのローカルで完結し、ユーザーの明示的な同意や操作なしにフィットネスデータが自動的に外部へ送信されることはありません。
2.Location Data Usage / 位置情報の利用
[EN] Iron is a GPS tracking app. We request access to your location data to track your workouts (such as running, walking, and cycling), calculate your distance, pace, and speed, and generate your route map.
When you start a workout, Iron collects location data to enable continuous workout tracking even when the app is closed or not in use (background location). This location data is stored and processed strictly locally on your device. We do not transmit your location data to any external developer servers.
[JA] 『Iron』はGPSトラッキングアプリです。ランニング、ウォーキング、サイクリングなどのワークアウトの軌跡を記録し、移動距離、ペース、速度の計算、およびルートマップの作成を行うため、ユーザーの位置情報へのアクセスを要求します。
ワークアウトの実行中は、アプリが閉じられている状態や使用されていない状態（バックグラウンド）でも、継続してワークアウトを記録するために位置情報を収集します。この位置情報はデバイスのローカルにのみ保存・処理され、開発者のサーバー等へ送信されることは一切ありません。
3. Google Health Connect Integration / Google Health Connectとの連携
- [EN] Only when explicitly permitted by the user in the settings, Iron requests write-only access to Google Health Connect for syncing workout data (such as steps, heart rate, and active calories).
- Iron does not request read access and does not read any of your existing data from Health Connect.
- The handling of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Google Health Connect Permissions Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- [JA] アプリの設定画面でユーザーが明示的に許可した場合にのみ、『Iron』はGoogle Health Connectに対して書き込み専用のアクセス権限を要求します（歩数、心拍数、アクティブカロリーなど）。
- 本アプリが読み取りアクセスを要求したり、Health Connectから既存のデータを読み取ったりすることはありません。
- この権限はワークアウト履歴を同期するという目的にのみ厳密に使用され、Health Connectから受け取った情報の取り扱いは、限定的利用（Limited Use）の要件を含むGoogleの「Health Connect 権限ポリシー」を遵守します。
4. Manual Data Export and Wearable Sync / データの手動エクスポートとウェアラブル連携
- [EN] Any data export outside the app, such as generating or sharing GPX files, is entirely user-initiated and executed solely through direct user operation.
- Furthermore, data transmitted between the Android device and the Pebble smartwatch is processed locally via Bluetooth and is never intercepted or stored by the developer.
- [JA] アプリ外部へのデータの書き出し（GPXファイルの生成や共有など）は、すべてユーザー自身の直接的な操作によってのみ実行されます。
- また、Android端末とPebbleスマートウォッチ間で送受信されるデータはBluetooth経由でローカルに処理され、開発者が傍受または保存することはありません。
